All items (unless otherwise stated) are sent within the U.K are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and therefore need a signature upon reciept. We under no circumstances make profit from you from postage. The costs are to cover all aspects of postage and packaging with your order. We endeavour to send all orders out asap and generally within 4 to 5 working days, however there may be occasions where this may take longer such as when we are away. We will list all away trips on the home page so please check out www.junkielovers.com for details, or if your item has not arrived as expected then please send us a nice email and we will be happy to investigate further. If an item is out of stock we will contact you via email to discuss alternatives or a refund if you prefer. All requests are subject to availability. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this site does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the products or that any goods on the site are in stock.
Please be sensible and take into consideration that your orders placed at bank holidays and national holidays such as Christmas and New Year will take longer to arrive. Items placed at the weekend (from Friday) will be posted within the next following 4 to 5 working days. We will send your order by 1st class recorded or special delivery if this option has been used. A last posting date will be set for all Christmas delivery. If you submit an order after this date we will not send out your item. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
Standard postage charges for this will be a flat rate of £2.50. All items will need to be signed for on arrival. Your item will usually arrive within the next day or two after it has been sent but this is not definite as circumstances beyond our control may prevent this. If you want to your item guaranteed please choose the Special Delivery option.
We cannot be held responsible for any items, lost delayed or damaged both in the U.K and abroad once items have been despatched. If an item has broken in the post please contact us for information.

All item are checked thoroughly before sending, but in the unlikely event any mistakes have been made with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at Info@junkielovers.com quoting your name address, order number, details of the product fault or whether you require a refund or a replacement.
In accordance with the following acts: The Sale of Goods Act 1979, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 & Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2000 we offer a 7 days return money back guarantee. Refunds will only be given on items that are returned unused and in the condition they was sent out in. This only applies to the cost of the item not postage. All items must be returned to us promptly within 7 working days from our response. Items sent after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns and exchanges done without prior notification to us may not be processed.
For hygiene reason, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. When we have received your item and checked it we will contact you via email and advise you of when your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed which we will do via Paypal to the account you originally used. Credit card refunds will be authorised via protx. Please note the original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will send you an email to notify you and then allow another 5-10 days for the refund to be credited. This depends on your bank and card issuer so therefore is not our responsibility. Overseas refunds may take longer, please contact your bank for details as we have no control over this.
